Refund Policy

Quantinger is a digital subscription service. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days of initial subscription. Beyond 14 days, prorated refunds are not standard.

1. Overview

Quantinger offers a free public preview tier so that you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage all users to fully explore the free tier before subscribing. Refund requests will be evaluated under the terms below.

2. Initial Subscription Refund Window

If you subscribe to a paid tier (Pro, Elite, Institutional) for the first time, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the initial charge, provided you have not used the Service beyond a reasonable evaluation.

Reasonable evaluation includes:

  • Running up to 5 backtests;
  • Sending up to 100 AI messages;
  • Creating up to 5 alerts.

Excessive usage during the refund window may be considered acceptance of the Service and may void refund eligibility.

3. Renewal Refunds

Automatic renewals are NOT eligible for refund. You receive a renewal notification 7 days before each renewal date. To avoid renewal, cancel before the renewal date through your account settings or by emailing support@quantinger.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

4. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for refund within 14 days of initial purchase as described above. Beyond 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual subscription mid-cycle after the refund window, you retain access until the end of the annual term.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstance:

  • any usage beyond reasonable evaluation as defined above;
  • renewal charges after the initial 14-day window;
  • AI usage costs incurred against your own BYOK API keys (paid directly to AI providers, not to us);
  • one-time purchases or add-ons;
  • subscriptions cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may, at our sole discretion, grant refunds outside the standard window in cases of: documented Service outages exceeding 72 consecutive hours during a billing period; demonstrable billing errors on our part; or other exceptional circumstances assessed on a case-by-case basis. These are not entitlements; they are courtesies.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@quantinger.com from the email address on your account. Include: account email, transaction date, transaction amount, and reason for refund.

We respond to refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method via our payment processor Paddle. Refund timing depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 3–10 additional business days).

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If a statutory right grants a greater refund than this Policy, the statutory right applies.

9. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle. Disputes regarding payment processing may be escalated to Paddle support.
