These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Quantinger (“we”, “us”, “our”), operating as an individual proprietorship pending entity registration.
By creating an account, accessing, or using any feature of Quantinger (the “Service”), accessible at quantinger.com and related subdomains, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You represent that you are not on any government sanctions list, not located in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions (including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region of Ukraine, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic), and not prohibited by applicable law from using cryptocurrency-related services. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
Quantinger provides software tools for cryptocurrency market research, including but not limited to: charting tools, technical indicators, screeners, news aggregation, strategy backtesting, Monte Carlo simulation, walk-forward analysis, alert systems, and an artificial intelligence assistant operating on user-provided API keys (BYOK model).

Nothing on the Service constitutes investment advice, recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to buy or sell any cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument. All content, including but not limited to backtests, screener results, news commentary, AI-generated responses, and educational articles, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. You should consult with qualified licensed professionals before making investment decisions.
Past performance does not predict future results. Backtest results, simulated equity curves, win rates, Sharpe ratios, drawdowns, and all other performance metrics displayed on the Service are hypothetical, derived from historical data, and do not represent actual trading. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations, including but not limited to the absence of real-money risk, survivorship bias, look-ahead bias, slippage, fees, taxes, market impact, and changing market conditions. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. We expressly disclaim any responsibility for trading losses incurred while using or after having used the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by your failure to safeguard credentials. You may not share, sell, transfer, or sublicense your account. One account per person.
The Service allows you to connect API keys from third-party AI providers (currently Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google Gemini). When you provide an API key:
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via our payment processor (Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record). Prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified. You authorize automatic renewal at the end of each billing period until cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Failed payments may result in immediate suspension of paid features. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

All intellectual property in the Service, including software, design, branding, documentation, and content, is owned by Quantinger or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal or internal business use during your subscription. You retain ownership of strategies, parameters, and content you create on the Service. By submitting User Content (including strategies you choose to share to the marketplace, comments, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party data providers (including Binance, Bybit, CryptoPanic, CoinDesk, CoinTelegraph, and others) and third-party services (Paddle for billing, Resend for email, Sentry for error tracking, the user's chosen AI providers). We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party actions, outages, or content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES; IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTINGER, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, TRADING LOSSES, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). YOU AGREE THAT THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE BARGAIN AND THAT WE WOULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE WITHOUT IT.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantinger and its operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights; (d) your trading decisions or financial losses; (e) any content you submit to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business interests (such as tax records and dispute resolution).
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Risk Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quantinger. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
