Free ($0), Pro ($19/mo or $190/yr), and Elite ($39/mo or $390/yr) are the three tiers. Free can see the whole product but cannot run backtests, save strategies, deploy paper bots, use the AI assistant, or create alerts — all of those are 0 on Free by design. Pro gets 14 backtests/week, 10 saved strategies, 2 paper bots, 30 AI messages/week, 3 AI strategy builds/week, and 50 active alerts. Elite gets 40 backtests/week, unlimited saved strategies, 10 paper bots, 100 AI messages/week, 7 AI strategy builds/week, and unlimited active alerts. Current usage against your limits is always visible in Settings → Plan & Billing.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for every subscription — they handle payment processing and tax/VAT, and their buyer terms apply alongside Quantinger's own Terms of Service. Manage or cancel a subscription from Settings → Subscription; cancelling stops future renewal but keeps your access through the end of the period you already paid for. See the Refund Policy for what qualifies for a refund.

Settings → Security lets you change your password, view active sessions, and enable optional TOTP two-factor authentication with single-use recovery codes. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plaintext; sessions use short-lived JWTs. We recommend enabling 2FA, particularly on a Pro or Elite account.

Settings → AI Providers is where you connect your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or Gemini API key to bypass the platform's weekly AI message quota. Keys are encrypted at rest (Fernet/AES-128), never logged, never returned in plaintext by any API — the UI only ever shows the last 4 characters — and deletable at any time with no retained copy.
