Managing your subscription, billing, and account settings.

Subscription management

Go to Settings → Subscription to see your current plan, status, and next renewal date. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from this page. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Billing is handled by Paddle. We never store your payment card details — all payment data lives in Paddle's systems.

Provisioning window

After payment, your account enters a provisioning period. Basic plans activate within 72 hours. Pro within 48 hours. Elite within 24 hours. During provisioning, you will see a countdown screen when you log in.

This window exists because we provision dedicated server-side resources (strategy execution queues, data prefetch, etc.) for your account. You will receive an email the moment your access is live.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period — you are not cut off immediately. After the period ends, your account reverts to read-only access to your saved strategies and backtest results.
