What Quant AI can read, and what it will refuse to do.
What it can see
Quant AI is wired into your own account. It reads your backtests, saved strategies, deployed paper bots and the live market feed, then answers in plain language while citing the exact engine run behind every number it quotes.
Ask it why a strategy failed the overfitting gate and it will point at the PBO value and the parameter surface that produced it, rather than offering a generic explanation.
Drafting strategies
Describe an idea in a sentence and Quant AI will draft the rule set. The draft is not privileged — it goes through the same seven gates as anything you build by hand, and it is gated before it can run.
This is deliberate. An AI-generated strategy that skipped validation would be exactly the kind of unproven signal this platform exists to argue against.
Hard limits
Quant AI cannot place trades. It cannot move, withdraw or touch funds of any kind. It has no execution permissions on any connected account, and this is enforced at the platform level rather than by prompt instruction.
It will also refuse to invent a figure. If the data required to answer a question is not present in your account, it says so instead of estimating.
Quant AI describes what your data shows. It does not tell you what to trade, and nothing it outputs is a recommendation.
